Joe is right. Put up a different picture, one with no hair in your face and no alcoholic beverages, a picture you would not be afraid for your grandparents or a prospective employer see!!
You could airbrush out the cup and bottle and photoshop in an accordian. But by this logic you'd just be a drunk accordian player, and nobody likes that guy.
